With regular playing I generally get about 6 month out of an
instrument before one of the notes dies. All of the instruments
mentioned here are reputable brands, they shouldn't be giving
trouble.
It could be that you are just pushing them too hard. Try easing the
breath pressure a lot, and see how much difference there is in the
sound. Then gradually increase the pressure, then back off again. You
should find an ideal pressure at which the instrument sounds easily,
this pressure may be far less than what you currently use.

what ive been told by someone that builds haprs is that the better
built harps will blow out quicker if breath control is not controlled
well.he advised me to either stay with harps that allow a little
leakage,or learn to blow them easier,or to loosen up the reed plates a
3rd of a turn on a real air tight harp.

I agree it,s becoming expensive. I first purchased Suzuki
Bluesmasters. Loved playing them but forever reeds going flat and had
to purchase replacements. Bought two Seydel 1847,s which have StSt
Reeds. The "A" Harp went flat so purchased replacement reeds. The Bb
still going strong. Recently purchased three Seydel Solist Pro,s as
they were less expensive, but already the "C" Harp No 4 draw has gone
flat.If StSt reeds won,t last were do I go from here ?

Hmmm. All harmonicas will go out of tune eventually. Usually the more
you spend, the longer they will last. Be sure that you have a decent
quality instrument to begin with, for more on this see my article at
http://www.harmonicaacademy.com/categories/20090306
Minor tuning problems can be fixed. For details on this, read through
the "Monster Harmonica Workbench" articles at
http://www.harmonicasessions.com For an excellent set of harmonica
tools, see Richard Sleigh at http://customharmonicas.com/r-sleigh/
Eventually harmonica reeds crack and go flat, then they can't be
fixed. If this is happening within 2 weeks, then you're probably
blowing too hard.

After I have played a harmonica for a few weeks some notes seem to get
out of tune (Especially 7B). Is there any way to correct this or do
you just toss it and get another. This could get quite expensive
overtime. Has anyone else had this problem?
