I know in Brisbane it has a tiny following of harp players & jams are held monthly. I have since discovered the Bluegrass scene which has a large following with any number of jams to choose from. Sometimes you have to go with what you have available if you want to play with others. Bluegrass ties in well with some of the Celtic tunes you will learn at the Harmonica Academy. Blue grass folk are great too! But I understand, I love the blues too and just bluesy tunes in general. Christine
